If I put emu -d dis on inetd it doesn't get an open stdin. I had trouble with inetd/tcpserver when I was doing u9fs. There's something weird about it all. I bet you $1 it's to do with iptables.
I've got it going now using a pick but I've realised, no I've seen the protocol in action, that it's not the best way, so we'll see what happens next.
I really need to get a a way of publically publishing code.
